Web and mobile software you can put in front of children.

HARP SOFTWARE S.R.L. is a Romanian software development company founded in 2019 in Bucharest. We build custom software for clients and our own products, with one rule: security and data protection are designed in from the start.

Services

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one code base (React Native / Expo), with native modules where they matter.

Web apps and PWAs

Fast, installable web applications with offline support (React, Vite).

Backend and data

Java 21 / Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, with tenant isolation enforced in the database (Row-Level Security), Keycloak authentication.

Security and GDPR

Data minimisation, encryption in transit, real deletion on request, honest privacy policies that describe what the software actually does.

Our product: Zmarty

Zmarty is a financial-education app for teenagers aged 13–18, used individually or in class with a teacher code: short lessons, exercises with immediate feedback, a simulated city with a deterministic in-game economy, and a private journal for real money. No ads, no in-app purchases, no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs, data hosted in the European Union. zmarty.ro
